Coyote Automotive did an outstanding job working on my vehicle. I brought them a vehicle that had not run in over five years, and they started with a comprehensive diagnostic inspection that exceeded my expectations. Their technician was extremely thorough and provided a detailed report that included photos of every inspection point and videos whenever additional explanation was helpful. The level of documentation and professionalism gave me confidence in their findings and recommendations. While I ultimately chose not to move forward with every repair they suggested, I greatly appreciated the clear roadmap they provided for future repairs and maintenance. For the work they did complete, the quality was excellent. They provided detailed feedback and documentation throughout the process, and the completed repairs were clean, professional, and efficient. We got into a tight spot as a result of a mistake in a quick oil change shop. Unfortunately, our vehicle is beyond reasonable repair. But Nicole and Ian both were very professional and helpful in helping us figure out what we were dealing with. We had the vehicle towed to their shop and Ian had it dx’ed by end of day. I asked him to also take a look at another part and he did, finding that component also needing to be replaced. All in all, our entire interaction took only 4 days and that because I asked him to give me a day or two to consider my options. Very quick, very professional. The diagnostic information they e-mail and associated pictures make it very easy to see and understand what is going on with the vehicle, and help provide proof of damage. We originally used Coyote for their convenient location to us here in the New Deal/Abernathy area, and we have been very impressed.

Very timely, professional and clean! Had my truck back in a day! F350 2012. Needed a new windshield wiper fluid motor, they identified that the motor truly went out there wasn’t any Electrical shortage. Gave me a full report with Photo and video proof with what was the Problem. Given an estimate to confirm that they could proceed with service. Very nice to work with and kind people. They also didn’t leave anything in disarray (even though my truck was not clean) and vacuum the mat where they had stepped. Overall very happy and would recommend!

My college student’s Mazda suffered a breakdown and we had the vehicle towed to Coyote Automotive. I was dealing with them by phone from out of town and I found them very professional with excellent diagnostic capabilities. They accurately and quickly found the problem and used high quality parts to make the repair. I was able to easily authorize the repair and pay remotely making it easy for a college kid parent to keep my kid on the road. Top notch folks and I would absolutely go there again.

Coyote Automotive was a pleasure to do business with. Our Volkswagen Atlas's engine decided it was retiring itself at 183,000 miles. Dom, the service advisor, was extremely professional and courteous. He had us set up with diagnostics, and based off what the technician concluded, a replacement engine would be in order. Professional work, competitive rates, and exceptional turnaround, is what this company is putting out. We went ahead and had them install new brakes/rotors and some suspension mounts, as well. It's quite reassuring to know these folks are in business. I've had a few problems in the past with dealerships. Knowing that I found a place I can trust is, truly, wonderful.
